Twice I asked cs to confirm if the account itself was unblocked and twice the question was not answered. Today after sending a follow up got an email saying account unblocked but deposits not allowed yet as my daily limits I requested were too high.Īccount though remains blocked and password reset does not work.
Then was told this was not the case as the RG team need to check my account reopening. Then had an email Sunday say account would be open again after 24 hour cool off period. Wrote to CS on Unibet and had a call with them to discuss resposbile gaming /deposit limits etc - which is fine. Have started playing again earlier this year. Some years back I closed of my Unibet account.
